Tell parents how to go about enrolling their child or if they need to register onto a waiting list.

About

As part of their research, parents will want to know about your centre. E.g. what facilities it has, what activities your centre does, etc.

If you don't want to have a dedicated page for staff profiles then the about us page is a great place to tell parents about your carers, their qualifications, experience, etc.

Contact page

Package questions

Do I have to pay for a domain name?

If you don't already own a domain name, we can buy one for you. We'll just pass on the cost of the domain name. Be aware that domain names need to be renewed.

What if I already have a domain name?

We'll need access to your domain registrar's admin console so that we can hook up your site.

Do I have to pay for hosting?

Yes. However we're giving you the first year for free. After the first year hosting is $299 p/a.

How much is hosting?

Generally it is $299 p/a however this can vary depending on what your website is doing (e.g. if it stores and transfers large media files then the hosting cost will vary).

What if I want changes to my website?

We want to help keep your website up to date and looking great so we give you 4 small changes for free with your package. A small change is anything less than 15 minutes work. All other changes are charged at $75 p/h.

Do you do custom packages?

Yes.

I want a particular feature for my website not listed here. Can you do it?

Yes.

Is GST included in your prices?

All prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise.

Are there any contracts to sign?

No.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, we ask for a 10% deposit prior to commencing work on your website. This is to cover the initial cost of building and hosting your website and also as security.

What happens if I move my website to another company?

No problem, we're happy to help you move. Just note that any of our time involved will be charged at $75 p/h.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. For full transparency we'll discuss our schedule of fees and costs with you.
